SERVICE LOADING LIMITATIONS ON SPECIFIC STREETS AND
MODIFYING THE DESIGN GUIDELINES AND STANDARDS
REFERENCED IN THE APPENDIX TO ALLOW FOR THE INTRODUCTION
OF MEDIANS ON SECONDARY STREETS; MAKING FINDINGS;
CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
