Antivirus, Anti -Spam, & Network Security Licenses, Support & Equipment
TO: ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS:
The following changes, additions, clarifications, and deletions amend the Bid Documents of the above captioned IFB,
and shallbecome an integral part of the Contract Documents. The remaining provisions are now in effect and remain
unchanged. Please note the contents herein and reflect same on the documents you have on hand.
Q1: Regarding IFB Line No. 2, is this item for a MAC, PC, or Laptop?
Al: IFB Line No. 2 is part of a "Home Use — Employee Program" and does not have any specification of platform
restrictions.
Q2: Will IFB 317294 require an on -site computer specialist or help desk support? If not, who will be the
point of contact for system monitoring?
A2: IFB 317294 does .not require an on -site computer specialist or help desk support. System monitoring is done
by the City's Department of Information Technology.
ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE IFB REMAIN THE SAME.
