Planning and Zoning Department Recommendation: Denial of the appeal and approval with conditions of the Certificate of Appropriateness included in the April 3, 2012 Historic and Environmental Preservation Board Staff Report. Historic and Environmental Preservation Board: Approved with conditions the Certificate of Appropriateness on April 3, 2012 by a vote of 7-0, with the staff condition that the south privacy wall shall be no more than six feet (6') in height.
