A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, WITH ATTACHMENT(S),
ACCEPTING THE SECOND AMENDED BUDGET OF THE MIDTOWN
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, ATTACHED AND INCORPORATED,
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING OCTOBER 1, 2011 AND ENDING
SEPTEMBER 30, 2012, AS APPROVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS.
WHEREAS, Article III, paragraph D, of the Interlace' Cooperation Agreement, dated June 30,
2005, between Miami -Dade County, the City of Miami ("City"), and the Midtown Community
Redevelopment Agency ("Midtown CRA") requires that the Midtown CRA submit its budget to the City;
and
WHEREAS, the Fiscal Year 2012 Second Amended Budget of the Midtown CRA was approved
by the CRA Board of Commissioners on April 26, 2012 and has been submitted for acceptance by the
City Commission; and
• WHEREAS, the City Commission wishes to accept the budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The recitals and findings contained in the Preamble to this Resolution are adopted
by reference and incorporated herein as if fully set forth in this Section.
Section 2. The Second Amended Budget of the Midtown CRA, attached and incorporated, for
the Fiscal Year commencing October 1, 2011 and ending September 30, 2012, as approved by the
CRA Board of Commissioners, is accepted.
Section 3. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption and signature
of the Mayor. {1}

:{1} If the Mayor does not sign this Resolution, it shall become effective at the end of ten calendar
days from the date it was passed and adopted. If the Mayor vetoes this Resolution, it shall
become effective immediately upon override of the veto by City Commission.
