Invitation For Bid (IFB) for Summer Food Service Program
TO: ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS:
The .following changes, additions, clarifications, and deletions amend the Bid Documents of the above captioned IFB,
and shall become an integral part of the Contract Documents. The remaining provisions are now in effect and remain
unchanged. Please note the contents herein and reflect same on the documents you have on hand.
The Meal .Reimbursement Rates shown on Page 25 of the U.S. Department of Agriculture "Summer Food
Service Program Invitation for Bid and Contract" are outdated. As such, the new meal reimbursement rates
are:
2012 Meal Reimbursement Rates
Breakfast: $1.76
Lunch or Supper: $3.06
A.M. or P.M. Supplement: $0.71
As a courtesy reminder to all PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS, there are two solicitation documents (i.e. "bid documents'9
which make up this entire solicitation. Both documents are listed below and may be accessed via the City's Oracle
Sourcing system ("iSupplier'9. Prospective Bidders must read both documents in detail. Each document will indicate
what forms and documentation must be included in your bid response.
