Allocating funds from the various sources of funds from the user departments and agencies, authorizing said services as needed, subject to availability of funds and budgetary approval at the time of need. B cl-ound-Information: The City of Miami has a need self for storage facilities. On February 10, 2012, the Purchasing Department issued an Invitation for Bid (IFB No. 291259). As required by the Procurement Code, the IFB was advertised and issued online. On March 7, 2012, at the bid opening, one (1) bid was submitted and tabulated. The Purchasing Department is recommending award to the sole responsive and responsible bidder per bid specifications. The estimated annual contract amount is $72,660.
