The nature of this item is to establish a term contract for Lot Clearing Services Citywide, with C&W
Lawn Care, Inc. (primary), Wis's Engineering LLC (secondary) and MCT Services LLC (tertiary), for
an initial contract periocl of two (2) years with options to 'renew for two (2) additional one (1) year
periods. Allocating funds from the various sources of funds from the user departments, subject to
availability of funds and budgetary approval at time of need.
Background Information:
The City has a need for Lot Clearing Services -Citywide. On January 11, 2012, the Purchasing
Department issued an Invitation for Bid (IFB No. 287258), As required by the Procurement Code, the
IFB was advertised and issued online. Bids were due and six (6) bids were received on February 1,
2012. The Purchasing Department is recommending award to C&W Lawn Care, Inc. (primary), Wis's,
Engineering -LLC (secondary) and MCT Setrvices, LLC (tertiary), the three (3) lowest responsive and
responsible bidders, per bid specifications. The estimated annual amount is $20,000.
