To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is to confirm that Petersen Industries, located at 4000 SR60 West in Lake Wales
Florida, is the sole source manufacturer of Lightning Loader equipment and sole source provider
genuine Lightning Loader replacement parts. These parts are available to customers at the
factory direct price. The parts that we manufacture, which include most of the parts that make
up the loader, are available directly from Petersen and are proprietary to Petersen equipment.
Our Parts Department is open Mon — Fri from 7:OOAM — 4:30PM. Our staff stands by ready to
assist you in any way we can.
