As ability we have the experience, acknowledge, and staff to exceed the expectations and request that your event promoters and Bayfront Park Management Trust staff may have for us. Here is a detail list of our sources to comply our contract with City of Miami and Bayfront Park Management Trust. Our Offices is located at 2849 Coral Way, Miami, Fl. 33145. We have three permanent office employees administrating and managing the company. The office is equipped with five computers, an all in one printer with fax (which is able to connect a fax line if need it) and three more printers for improve our team job at the office. Part of our equipment and technical supplies for our event staff includes 65 two-way radios UHF, 10 Multiple chargers, 90 headsets (between hands free and mikes), 250 Polo t-shirts, earpieces, raincoats, and jackets for supervisors, 40 flashlights, 50 reflected vests for parking personnel, 25 clickers, Caution type, 20 LED traffic flashlights, 20 metal detectors, 5 speaker megaphones, UV stamp and Ink (use in case of reentry). We provide our event staff with all the tools for a better development at the work place such as raincoats, earplugs, polo t-shirts, and a proper ID identification before every shift. We supply (if need it) golf carts and transportation for supervisors. We give our Event Manager incident report forms, clipboard, sign in sheets, pen, First aid Kit, and cell phone in order for him/her develop better his/her duties. We have about 150 part-time employees; we call them depending on their abilities for the event we are going to serve. Our vast pool of employees allow us to provide our customer with all the personnel they may need such as event staff, unarmed and armed security guards, parking personnel, ticket takers, ticket counters, ushers, restrooin attendant personnel, etc. - If you have any question please don't hesitate in contact us, we will be glad to help you.
