DESCRIBED HEREIN OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT
APPROXIMATELY 4136 NORTH MIAMI AVENUE, MIAMI, FLORIDA, FROM
"LOW DENSITY RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL" TO "GENERAL
COMMERCIAL"; MAKING FINDINGS; DIRECTING TRANSMITTALS TO
AFFECTED AGENCIES; CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
