A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION APPOINTING CERTAIN
INDIVIDUALS AS MEMBERS OF THE VIRGINIA KEY BEACH PARK TRUST FOR
TERMS AS DESIGNATED HEREIN.

Richard Townsend Chairman Francis Suarez
Patrick Range Vice Chairman Marc David Sarnoff
Section 1. The individuals listed above are hereby appointed as members of the Virginia Key
Beach Park Trust, each to serve a term ending April 12, 2014, or until the nominating
Commissioner leaves office, whichever occurs first.
