annual amount not to exceed $435,790.00, for the project entitled "Stormwater Pump Stations
Maintenance and Repair, M-0080;" further authorizing four (4) additional one (1) year options to
renew in an annual amount not to exceed $435,790.00, subject to the availability of funding and
contractor's performance.
Background Information:
On February 21, 2012, the Office of the City Clerk received formal bid #11-12-018 for the project
entitled "Stormwater Pump Stations Maintenance and Repair, M-0080;" A total of nine (9)
prospective bidders picked up specifications and three (3) contractors submitted bids. TAW Miami
Service Center, Inc. submitted the lowest responsive and responsible bid in the amount of
$435,790.00. The project has up to four (4) additional one (1) year options to renew, in an annual
amount not to exceed $435,790.00, subject to the availability of funding and contractor's
performance. Funds are allocated from Account No. 00001.208000.534000.
