The bid closed on Wednesday. November 30, 2011, and Envirowaste Services Group, Inc. is the apparent sole responsive and responsible bidder. Pursuant to City of Miami Ordinance No. 12271, Section 18-85, the City has the authority to negotiate with the sole bidder for better pricing or re -bid whichever is in the best interest of the City. The City hereby requests that you carefully analyze your bid price for any cost savings you can in tum extend to the City; and provide what is considered your firm's 'best and final offer' as it pertains to your cost to provide North Zone Inlet Cleaning.
