APPROXIMATELY LOCATED AT 150 NORTHEAST 42ND STREET, 135
NORTHEAST 41ST STREET AND 115 NORTHEAST 41ST STREET,
MIAMI, FLORIDA, WHICH WERE REZONED WITHIN THE PRECEDING
EIGHTEEN (18) MONTHS.
