Background Information: Due to the decrease of available Community Development Block Grant funds, all Public Service agencies' allocations have been reduced. Mayor Regalado wishes to allocate funding from the Mayor's Poverty Initiative Account to help with • the funding shortfall. Mayor Regalado recommends the transfer of Mayor's Poverty Initiative funds, in the amount of $362,000, in the amounts and to the agencies as specified in Exhibit "A", attached and incorporated.
