In addition, the public is advised of the proposed new allocation(s)/ amendment(s) to the funding of the City program(s) as indicated below:* t t Discussion and Proposed Resolutions authorizing the acceptance, allocation, and/or transfer of funds for the following agenda Items:* t 1 1. Discussion and proposed resolution authorizing the allocation of PY 2012-2013 CDBG funds, in the total amount of $4,965,718 in the following categories: $993,144 for program administration, $744,858 for Public Services, $2,007,716 for Economic Development, $670,000 to the City of Miami Department of Code Enforcement, and $550,000 for the repayment of Section 108 loans. 2. Discussion and proposed resolution authorizing the allocation of PY 2012-2013 HOME funds in the total amount of $2,948,939 in the following categories: $294,894 for program administration, $1,154,045 for First Time Homebuyer activities and/or rental housing activities; and $1,500,000 for all other housing programs. 3. The review and comment period begins Tuesday, January 24, 2012 and ends Wednesday, February 22, 2012. The adoption of an Ordinance or Resolution, by the City Commission, related to the proposed amendment(s), authorizes the City Manager to drafUamend the appropriate City of Miami Annual Action Plan.
