Subject: A Resolution accepting forty one (41) Right -of -Way Deeds of Dedication, located at various
locations throughout the City of Miami.
Purpose of Item:
A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to accept forty one (41) Right -of -Way Deeds of
Dedication, for highway purposes, and approving and authorizing the recordation of said deeds in the
Public Records of Miami -Dade County, Florida
Background Information:
The Department of Public Works, through its continued efforts to secure dedications of needed public
right-of-way for widening of City streets, has received forty one (41) Right -of -Way Deeds of
Dedication.
The Department has reviewed these deeds and has received legal counsel conceming said Resolution,
and has determined that they are now in order for acceptance by the City Commission.
