AGENCIES, SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS AND BUDGETARY APPROVAL AT
THE TIME OF NEED; AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL SUPPLIERS TO THE CONTRACT AS
DEEMED IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CITY OF MIAMI.
