DESCRIBED HEREIN OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT
APPROXIMATELY 212 NORTHWEST 25TH AVENUE, MIAMI, FLORIDA,
FROM "SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL" TO "DUPLEX RESIDENTIAL";
MAKING FINDINGS; DIRECTING TRANSMITTALS TO AFFECTED
AGENCIES; CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING
FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
