The project "PROPOSEDDL'EGALIZATION FOR 1772 NW 30th STREET", is comprised of an addition to
4Rlex,structure with approximately 1,126 square feet for Unit "A" and approximately 1,652 square feet
to be�I gazedfor UnitB", measuring 16'-6" in height and providing three (3) parking spaces.
The proposed addition consists of the following:
• Two (2) bedrooms, (1) kitchen, (1) living room, (1) dining room and an open terrace added to the
existing one (1) bedroom and one (1) bathroom for unit "B".
• Utility room and bathroom for unit "A"
The total combined floor area of both structures is 3,248 square feet. To legalize the above -noted
additions, a VARIANCE is required to relax the terms of the Miami 21 ordinance for the side and rear
setbacks, and parking requirements.
