Purpose of Item: A quarterly report of expenditures incurred but not reimbursable shall be presented to the City Commission, together with the actions needed to avoid project deficits. This update is for the fourth quarter of Fiscal Year 2011 which covers the period of October 1, 2011 to December 31, 2011. Background Information: In compliance with the requirements of the Financial Integrity Principles, Chapter 18 of the Code of the City of Miami in Ordinance No. 11727 enacted in November 1998, the Administration is prepared to provide a quarterly presentation of non -reimbursable grant expenditures.
