Mr. Ernest Martin offered the following resolution and moved its adoption:
A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI PLANNING, ZONING AND APPEALS BOARD
RECOMMENDING DENIAL TO THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION AMENDING THE
ZONING ATLAS OF ORDINANCE NO. 13114, AS AMENDED, THE MIAMI 21
CODE, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, BY
CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FROM "T4-O" GENERAL URBAN
TRANSECT ZONE TO "T5-O" URBAN CENTER TRANSECT ZONE, FOR THE
PROPERTIES LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 2710, 2720, 2728 SOUTHWEST
23RD STREET AND 2719, 2729 SOUTHWEST 23RD TERRACE, MIAMI, FLORIDA;
MAKING FINDINGS; CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING
FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
Upon being seconded by Mr. Daniel Milian, the motion was passed and adopted by a
vote of 7-1:
