PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

This will establish equivalent regulations and requirements from former
zoning ordinance 11000 and place them in the Miami 21 Code, more
specifically to establish conditions and requirements for pleasure water crafts
in T3 and T4 Transect Zones.
