Migoya, City Manager City of Miami 3500 Pan American Drive Miami, Florida 33133 RE: Fiscal Year 2011 Budgets for the CRAB' General Operating, Southeast Overtown/Park West, Omni, and Midtown Community Redevelopment Agencies Mr. Migoya: Enclosed, please find the Fiscal Year 2011 budgets for the CRAs' General Operating, Southeast Overtown/Park West Community Redevelopment Agency ("SEOPW CRA"), Omni Redevelopment District Community Redevelopment Agency ("Omni CRA"), and Midtown Community Redevelopment Agency ("Midtown CRA"). The enclosed budgets for the SEOPW, Omni, and Midtown CRAs were approved by their respective Boards of Commissioners on July 22, 2010, pursuant to Resolution Nos. CRA-R-10-0060, CRA-R-10- 0057, and MCRA-R-10-0003. We have prepared legislation for acceptance and adoption of the budgets by the Miami City Commission at its September 23, 2010 meeting. Background Information: The CRAs' Boards of Commissioners approved the Fiscal Year 2011 Budgets for the CRAs' General Operating, Southeast Overtown/Park West, Omni Redevelopment District, and Midtown Community Redevelopment Agencies on July 22, 2010. In accordance with the Interlocal Agreements between the City of Miami and the CRAs, the CRAs' budgets are being submitted for acceptance and adoption by the City of Miami.
