He received his Bachelors Degree) if° Political Science from North Carolina A&T State University and a Masters Degree in Public Administration from the University- of Pyliarni. He received his Doctoral Degree from Nova Southeastern University in the field of Organizational Leadership and Education, with a specialization in Multi - Cultural Diversity, and Conflict Resolution. He currently serves as an adjunct professor for Florida International, and St. Thomas Universities' in Miami, Florida. Dr. Holton is a certified trainer for the Criminal Justice Institute, and -is considered to be an exceptional public speaker, workshop facilitator, and seminar leader in the principals of Leadership and Management.
