Criteria and conditions for tree removal and relocation. 8.1.5.1. Criteria for tree removal. No permit shall be issued for tree removal from the site unless one of the following criteria exists: a. Replacement trees shall not be required for the removal of any prohibited species except Ficus altissima (Lofty Fig) and Ficus benghalensis (Banyan Tree), and no fees shall be charged.
