A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF THE MIMO BISCAYNE ASSOCIATION
RECOMMENDING THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION TO ENACT AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING CHAPTER 4/ARTICLE 1 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA
AS AMENDED, ENTITLED "ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES/IN GENERAL," MORE
PARTICULARLY BY AMENDING SECTION 4-2 TO CREATE NEW DEFINITIONS AND
AMENDING SECTION 4-3 TO LIMIT THE SELLING OF ALL ALCOHOL FOR HUMAN
CONSUMPTION BY ANY OCCUPANCY OR BUSINESS LICENCED TO DO SO WITHIN
THE BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF MIAMI'S MIMO BISCAYNE BOULEVARD
HISTORIC DISTRICT FROM 50TH TO 77TH STREETS, ALONG BISCAYNE BOULEVARD
SHALL PROHIBIT SALES AT 12:00AM/MID-NIGHT THROUGH 7AM UNLESS SAID
OCCUPANCY/BUSINESS IS LICENSED TO SELL AND DISPENSE ALCOHOL FOR
CONSUMPTION ON THE PREMISES.
