LOCATED WEST OF BISCAYNE BOULEVARD
BETWEEN NORTHEAST 63RD STREET AND
NORTHEAST 69TH STREET AND AS FURTHER
DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT "A"; MAKING FINDINGS;
CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF MAY 20,
2010.
BACKGROUND AND ANALYSIS This amendment will modify the zoning atlas of the
Miami 21 Code for the Palm Grove area from T5-L to
T3-L.
PLANNING ADVISORY BOARD Recommended approval to City Commission on April
7, 2010 by a vote of 8-0.
