ORDINANCE NO. 11000, AS AMENDED, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, ARTICLE 9, SECTION 924.11, TO ALLOW EXTENSIONS OF
DOCKS AND PIERS INTO WATERWAYS EXTENDING MORE THAN 35 FEET
IN LENGTH.
Purpose: This will allow extensions of docks and piers with more than 35 feet into
waterways.
