A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION ACCEPTING THE BID
RECEIVED FEBRUARY 1, 2010, PURSUANT TO INVITATION FOR BID NO.
198151, FROM ALTEC INDUSTRIES, INC., THE LOWEST RESPONSIVE AND
RESPONSIBLE BIDDER, FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) CHIP DUMP
TRUCK FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS; ALLOCATING FUNDS
FROM CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM PROJECT NO. 352296, B-30156.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid received February 1, 2010, pursuant to Invitation for Bid No. 198151, from
Altec Industries, Inc., the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, for the procurement of one (1)
Chip Dump Truck for the Department of Public Works, is accepted, with funds allocated from Capital
Improvement Program Project No. 352296, B-30156.
Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption and signature of
the Mayor.{1]

Footnotes:
{1} If the Mayor does not sign this Resolution, it shall become effective at the end of ten calendar days
from the date it was passed and adopted. If the Mayor vetoes this Resolution, it shall become
effective immediately upon override of the veto by the City Commission.
