As noted in the Preliminary Concurrency Analysis, the requested zoning designation would yield a maximum residential density of 19 dwelling units, which generates 4 students; 2 elementary, 1 middle, and 1 senior high students. At this time, the schools serving the area have sufficient capacity available to service the application. However, a final determination of Public School Concurrency and capacity reservation will only be made at the time of approval of final plat, site plan or functional equivalent.
