A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION APPOINTING CERTAIN
INDIVIDUAL AS A MEMBER OF THE WATERFRONT ADVISORY BOARD
FOR TERMS AS DESIGNATED HEREIN.

Section 1. The individuals listed above are hereby appointed as members of the Waterfront
Advisory Board, each to serve for a term expiring January 13, 2011, or until the Mayor leaves
office, whichever occurs first.

Board appointments are administrative acts which do not require
the Mayor's signature nor the City Attorney's review and approval.
