JUSTIFICATION:
A Resolution of the Miami City Commission accepting the bid of C. A. Mechanical, for air
conditioning maintenance and repair services at various police facilities, for an initial contract
period of one (1) year, with the option to renew for four (4) additional one-year periods,
allocating funds from the various sources of funds from the user department, subject to the
availability of funds and budgetary approval at time of need.
HOW IS THIS ITEM GOING TO ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF SERVICE TO THE
CUSTOMER / CITIZENS?
The police department requires full air conditioning maintenance services and repairs, as needed,
including parts, labor, materials and equipment for the air conditioning systems at various police
facilities.
