INDIVIDUALS AS MEMBERS OF THE NUISANCE ABATEMENT BOARD FOR
TERMS AS DESIGNATED HEREIN.

Section 1. The individuals listed above are hereby appointed as members of the Nuisance
Abatement Board, each to serve a term expiring December 16, 2010, or until the nominating
Commissioner leaves office, whichever occurs first.

the Mayor's signature nor the City Attorney's review and approval.
