Miami 21 has resolved the issues that these ordinances were trying to resolve. Thank you, Ana From: Gelabert-Sanchez, Ana Sent: Monday, October 26, 2009 3:05 PM To: msarnoff@sarnoffandbayer.com Cc: Hernandez, Pedro G. (City Manager); Gonzalez, H. Bert; Rodriguez, Anel Subject: FW: November 19 City Commission - Tentative Items Importance: High Commissioner Sarnoff, These two ordinances are scheduled to be heard by City Commission. Given that M21 was approved, we may no longer need them. The time difference is approximately a month, if we proceed through the commission process at this time vs. waiting for M21 to be enacted. PZ 13 is the MiMo modifications (which are part of M21) and PZ 17 is the SD-20 amendment to allow car washes w/ restaurants . M21 allows both uses.
