Mr. Manager, I will remove both items from the November 19 City Commission agenda. I
have attached Commissioner Sarnoff's email in which he agrees not to proceed, including both fact
sheets for your reference.
Ana, please confirm you are withdrawing both items, so I can close them in Legistar, and
not include them in any future City Commission agenda. Thank you in advance.

Subject: RE: November 19 City Commission - Tentative Items
Commissioner Sarnoff,
As we discussed this afternoon, PZ 13 and PZ 17 will not be taken to the City Commission for
action. Miami 21 has resolved the issues that these ordinances were trying to resolve.
Thank you,
Ana

Importance: High
Commissioner Sarnoff,
These two ordinances are scheduled to be heard by City Commission. Given that M21 was
approved, we may no longer need them. The time difference is approximately a month, if we
proceed through the commission process at this time vs. waiting for M21 to be enacted. PZ 13 is
the MiMo modifications (which are part of M21) and PZ 17 is the SD-20 amendment to allow car
washes w/ restaurants . M21 allows both uses.
Please advise,
Ana
