A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION WITH
ATTACHMENT(S) APPROVING A SPECIAL EXCEPTION, REQUIRING CITY
COMMISSION APPROVAL, AS LISTED IN ORDINANCE NO. 11000, AS
AMENDED, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, ARTICLE
4, SECTION 401, UNDER CONDITIONAL ACCESSORY USES ON PR -
PARK, RECREATION AND OPEN SPACES DISTRICT, TO ALLOW THE
CONSTRUCTION OF AN OFFICE BUILDING FOR THE BOAT/BROKERAGE
AND MARINA BOAT ADMINISTRATION, PER THE LEASE AND
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT.
Purpose: This will allow the construction of an office building for the boat/brokerage and
marina boat administration for the Grove Harbour Marina and Marketplace.

September 9, 2008 by a vote of 6-0.
Zoning Board: Continued on July 14, 2008. Recommended approval with conditions to City
Commission on September 8, 2008 by a vote of 5-2.
City Commission: Continued on September 25, 2008, October 23, 2008, November 13, 2008,
December 11, 2008 and January 29, 2009. Deferred on February 26, 2009.
