CHARTER REQUIREMENT AS SET FORTH IN SECTION 3(mm)(ii-iv) OF
THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, FROM
50 FEET 0 INCHES TO 22 FEET 6 INCHES TO THE NEAREST POINT
BETWEEN THE NEW STRUCTURE AND THE BULKHEAD, FOR THE
GROVE HARBOUR MARINA AND MARKETPLACE PROJECT.
Purpose: This will allow fewer setbacks than required for the Grove Harbour Marina
and Marketplace project.

Planning Department: Recommended approval.
Waterfront Advisory Board: Recommended approval with conditions to City Commission on
September 9, 2008 by a vote of 6-0. See companion File ID 07-
