Discussion about the plethora of homeless who are currently living under the Julia Tuttle/41st
Street Causeway. It appears many people continue to live under the overpasses on the City of
Miami side of the causeway. And it now appears one or two vans regularly park at the
overpasses, almost full-time. Constituents have witnessed tents. The Julia Tuttle/41st Street
Causeway is a major public entrance into the City of Miami.
Who is living under the overpasses?
Who is in charge?
What can be done?
