Subject: [SPAM] Empty Land/Brown Fields on 58th street & 58th Terrace
Good Afternoon Mr. Fernandes,
After speaking with you yesterday afternoon, I am happy to know that finally there is
something to be done on the parcels adjacent to my home. It is a brown field that
needs to be developed in one way or the other to avoid any unforeseen issues like trash
dumping, drugs and prostitution. As soon as there is a concrete date for construction
and there is movement on the sites, all of these issues are going to stop. Things have
slow down since the signs where put up as a "STAY AWAY" for all the homeless people
using the lot as their personal place of residence, but the trash is still being dumped on
both of the lots. I am sure that all the neighbors as well as my family will be more than
happy to see a structure on this two lots rather than grass and trash. The lots have so
much more potential and will enhanced our neighborhood in a more appealing way.
If there is a way that I can further assist you, do not hesitate to call me at my cell
305.803.4860.
