Approval of this request requires a 4/5 affirmative vote by the City Commission and will subsequently require other applicable administrative approvals and permits. Background Information: It is recommended that the subject request be approved. The Cuban Municipalities Fair has been successfully held for twenty one (21) years. It is long standing tradition in the City of Miami and as such merits favorable consideration by the City Commission. The site where it is proposed to be held is well suited at the intersection of two arterials (NW 7th Street and NW 37 th Avenue); it is of ample size and can well accommodate the proposed event.
