pursuant to Section 18-82 of the Code of the City of Miami, Florida, to a designated non profit organization so
that it can in conjunction with the Mayor's International Council donate said property to the Port au Prince,
Haiti for distribution to local cities within Haiti.

Koteles agreed to remove the discussion item dedicating Biscayne Boulevard to "Athalie Range Boulevard" as
Miami City Commission Resolution R-07-0538 has already established this co -designation.

Resolution
A Resolution of the Miami City Commission ratifying Housing And Commercial Loan Committee additional
approval of $115,000.00 from the Affordable Housing Trust Fund to Tacolcy Economic Development
Corporation ("TEDC"), a nonprofit corporation, for the refinancing of Edison Towers, in order to preserve one of
the largest multi -family housing stock for low income and section 8 individuals in the City of Miami
Resolution
A Resolution of the Miami City Commission ratifying, as required by the Department of Transportation before
they are authorized to post road markers, Senate Bill 2296 relating to designating that portion of Biscayne
Boulevard between N.W. 54th Street and N.W. 95th Street in Miami -Dade County as "Athalie Range Boulevard."
