REQUEST FOR PROCUREMENT FROM THE CITY OF MIAMI SHALL BE PREPARED BY A CITY
OF MIAMI EMPLOYEE AND IN THE EVENT THAT THE SAME IS NOT PREPARED BY A CITY
OF MIAMI EMPLOYEE, THE NON -CITY OF MIAMI EMPLOYEE PREPARER SHALL BE
BANNED FROM COMPETING FOR THE SAME CONTRACT IN WHICH IT PREPARED THE
REQUEST FOR PROCUREMENT.
