Dear Ms, Thompson:
The Miami -Dade Elections Department is beginning to plan for the upcoming

Miami -Dade General Election

August 11 - August 24
O.,wuei 20 - November 2
Early Voting is available for eight hours on weekdays and for eights hours
combined on each weekend, therefore we will require access to the facility
for approximately ten hours each weekday and approximately six hours each
weekend day.
I would like to thank you for use of this facility in past years, and hope that
you are able to accommodate the Elections Department and once again work
together to make the 2008 elections a success.
In addition, we intend to provide the same signage and level of security as in
past elections. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to
contact Ivy Korman, Deputy Supervisor of Elections, at 305.499.8321.
Sincerely,
