A Resolution of City of Miami expressing support of the Haitian Immigrants based on the "wet-foot/dry-
foot policy and urging President George Bush and the United States Congress to rescind the
discriminatory immigration policies against Haitian immigrants and calling for equal treatment of all
immigrants.
