RE: Proposed Ordinances- City Commission Meeting- December 14, 2006
Amending Chapters 2, 29, 38. 46, 53 and 54 of the Code of the City of Miami,
Florida_ as amended, to delete provisions pertaining to eligibility requirements for
certain City Boards.

The attached proposed ordinances are being presented for consideration at the December
14, 2006, City Commission meeting. pursuant to the City Commission directive of October 12,
2006. The proposed ordinance amendments would standardize the membership eligibility
requirements as to the following hoards:
• Community Relations Board
• Mayor's International Council
• Sports and Exhibition Authority
• Orange Bowl Advisory Board
• Bayfront Park Management Trust
• Nuisance Abatement Board
• Waterfront Advisory Board
• Street Codesignation Review Committee
• Equal Opportunity Advisory Board
