TO 93 FEET, 10 INCHES, AND FROM A 5-STORY RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURE TO AN 8-STORY
HIGH MIXED -USE STRUCTURE TO CONSIST OF 538 TOTAL MULTIFAMILY RESIDENTIAL
