Mr. Carlos Martell offered the following resolution and moved its adoption
Resolution:
AFTER CONSIDERING THE FACTORS SET FORTH IN ZONING ORDINANCE NO.
11000, THE ZONING BOARD RECOMMENDED APPROVAL TO THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CLOSING, VACATING, ABANDONING AND DISCONTINUING
FOR PUBLIC USE THE EASEMENTS LOCATED BETWEEN NORTHEAST 13TH
STREET AND NORTHEAST 15TH STREET AND HERALD PLAZA AND NORTHEAST
BAYSHORE DRIVE, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT "A" (HEREBY
ATTACHED), PUBLIC RECORDS OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA; ZONED SD-
6.1 CENTRAL COMMERCIAL -RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS.
Upon being seconded by Mr. Angel Urquiola,
the motion was passed and adopted by the following vote:

That portion of the Public Utility and Emergency Access Easement, lying within a portion of Tract "A" as shown on,
KNIGHT—RIDDER #1, of the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 151, Page 78 of the Public Records of Miami —Dade
County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
Begin at the Southwest corner of Tract "B", of said KNIGHT—RIDDER #1, of the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book
151, Page 78 of the Public Records of Miami —Dade County, Florida; thence N00'08'20"W along the East line of said
Tract "A" also being the West right—of—way line as recorded in Map Book 124, Page 65 and Official Record Book
14823, Page 2171 both of the Public Records of Miami —Dade County, Florida, for 33,50 feet; the following eleven (11)
courses being along the exterior line of said Public Utility and Emergency Access Easement as shown on said
KNIGHT ---RIDER #1; thence (1) N89'45'52"W for 336.62 feet to a point on the West line of said Tract "A" also being a
point on a circular curve concave to the Southeast and whose radius point bears 557'24'16"E; (2) thence
Southwesterly along said West line and o 432.24 foot radius curve leading to the left through ❑ central angle of
7'50'41" for an arc distance of 59.18 feet; thence (3) S89'45'52"E for 97,99 feet to a point of curvature concave to
the Southwest; (4) thence Southeasterly along o 25.00 foot radius curve leading to the right through a central angle
of 106'44'17" for an arc distance of 46.57 feet to a point of tangency; (5) thence S16'58'25"W for 0.86 feet; (6)
thence S84'50'23"E for 50.00 feet; (7) thence N23'33'46"E for 29.45 feet to a point of curvature concave to the
Southeast; (8) thence Northeasterly along a 17.00 foot radius curve leading to the right through a central angle of

on the exterior line of said Tract "A"; (10) thence N00'08'06"W along said exterior line of Tract "A" for 18.50 feet;
