Dear Ana:
On behalf of Mayfield Holdings, LLC, ("Contract Purchaser") contract
purchaser of the parcel located at approximately 423 NE 15th Street, Miami,
Florida we are requesting consideration of the following in satisfaction of the
public purpose requirement in relation to the closure of a platted emergency
access and utility easement. Please see attached list of improvements, along
with a site plan for your reference.
As part of the development, our client is currently in the process of re -
platting the parcel of land on which the building will be located. Upon approval of
the final plat by the City Commission, which will be approximately by the end of
this year, our client will be making these improvements at the same time as the
construction of his project and completion will be prior . to Certificate of
Occupancy.
