This letter shall serve as the Applicant's initial letter of intent. The Property is locates just west of the FEC Corridor and is approximately tacre in size. The Property is currently designated Industrial and zoned Industrial and the Applicant is requesting necessary changes in order to rezone the Property to Liberal Commercial (C-2) in order to develop live/work lofts to serve the immediate area. Currently, the Property is developed with a non - distinct warehouse building. The Applicant intents to reuse the existing structure and file an application for a Special Exception to allow residential, live/ work use on the Property once the Property is rezoned.
