The Property is currently designated Industrial and zoned Industrial and the Applicant is requesting necessary changes in order to rezone the Property to Liberal Commercial (C-2) in order to develop live/work lofts to serve the immediate area. Currently, the Property is developed with a non - distinct warehouse building. CITY OF MIAMI ORDINANCE NO. 11469, CODIFIED IN CHAPTER 2, ARTICLE VI OF THE CITY CODE STATES THAT ANY PERSON WHO RECEIVES COMPENSATION.
